The Tradition Range
♦ The Traditional range is designed for a pleasure drinking and is the result of care taking vineyard management and expert winemaking.
♦ The Tradition Red cuvée is a blend of 60% merlot, 15% cabernet sauvignon, 15% cabernet franc and 10% malbec.
10% is aged for 6 months in new American oak.
♦ The Tradition White cuvée is a blend of 60%
sauvignon blanc, 35% sémillon and 5% muscadelle.
20% is barrel fermented.
♦ The Tradition Rosé cuvée is a blend of 80%
merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 10% cabernet sauvignon.
20% is barrel fermented.
