The Mirabelle Rosé Cuvée is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Cabernet Franc. 100% aged in French oak barrels.

Winemaking notes
The grapes are mechanically harvested and immediately pressed to control colour and maintain freshness. The juice is then fermented in barrels to enhance its aromatic complexity. 100% aged on the lees in French oak barrels for 6 months before bottling.
Food tasting
Pale pink colour, wild strawberry aroma, lovely roundness and a delicate hint of wood. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced: freshness with a red fruit finish. Serve with raw fish, tuna or meat (raw or marinated).
