The wines of the Tradition Cuvée are crafted to offer a truly enjoyable tasting experience. They come from a meticulously managed vineyard and benefit from exceptional winemaking expertise.

The finest parcels of the vineyard are reserved for the Cuvée Mirabelle. The grapes are hand-picked, pruned, and carefully tended throughout the process. The wines are aged or vinified in oak barrels to fully express the character of the Jaubertie terroir.

Wine in its purest form, crafted from local grape varieties. Vinified without any additives and unfiltered; certified Vin Méthode Nature.

With Joe & Bertie and the creation of a natural sparkling wine, Château de la Jaubertie shows once again that the diversity of the terroirs of the Bergerac region makes everything possible - including great fresh, lively and fruity wines.

Cuvée Colombier is the estate’s most prestigious wine. This blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot produces a generous wine with smooth, elegant tannins and remarkable depth on the palate. An exceptional cuvée, produced only in outstanding vintages. A white Colombier is currently being developed and is expected to be released in December 2026.

The Brut Rosé Cuvée is a blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Cabernet Franc, resulting in a sparkling wine with a balanced palate and a fresh finish.
